Coach & Minibus Hire in Italy

The People Who Book Your Minibus

We are a small booking team for small groups. We find the right vehicle and a licensed operator for your trip in Italy, then stay with you until everyone is back at the hotel.

What we do, and what we leave to others

We arrange private hire: one vehicle, one driver, your group and your plan. We do not run vehicles, employ drivers or sell package holidays, entry tickets or guided tours. The minibus and the person at the wheel come from a partner operator; we bring the pieces together, check the details and remain your single point of contact.

The groups we help most

Families travelling across three generations. Wedding parties moving guests between a hotel, a church and a villa. Choirs, walking clubs and amateur teams on tour. Friends marking a birthday among the vineyards. Most number between eight and sixteen, exactly what a minibus is built for, though we also book midibuses and full-size coaches when the guest list grows.

How we choose an operator

Every trip starts with the vehicle: enough seats, enough room for bags, and a size that suits the route, since some roads limit a vehicle's length. Engines matter as well. Rome's bus zones admit only Euro 5, Euro 6 or alternative-fuel vehicles, and Milan's Area C accepts only Euro VI buses, so the operator checks the vehicle's eligibility before we confirm. If anyone needs a ramp or a lift, say so at the start, as it narrows the choice.

Where we work

Twenty cities, from Como and Verona in the north to Palermo and Taormina in Sicily, plus twelve airports, four cruise ports and four big events. A trip that begins near one of these places, or passes through, is planned in exactly the same way.

Straight about what can change

Roads close, ships switch berths, and airport and city rules change several times a year. We tell you what the current rules say, the operator checks them again before the day, and if something shifts you hear it from us early.

What travellers ask us

Are you a travel agency?

No. We arrange transport only: a private vehicle and driver following the plan you give us. Museums, boat trips and winery visits are booked separately with each place.

Can we pick the operator ourselves?

We propose one with the right vehicle free on your date. A particular need, such as a wheelchair lift or space for instruments, guides that choice.

Do you cover the islands?

Sicily, yes: Palermo and Taormina have their own pages, with Catania as the airport for Taormina and Etna. For Capri, groups cross by boat from Sorrento or Naples.
