What we do

Reliable coach and minibus transportation across Italy for tours, airport transfers, corporate groups, weddings, events, schools and private journeys. is a booking service and acts as an intermediary. We take your trip details, ask licensed, insured transport operators to price the trip, and arrange the booking with the operator you accept. Each operator holds the authorisation Italian law requires for the transport it carries out: coach hire with a driver, or a car with driver under an NCC licence. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The transport contract is made between you and the operator, who provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the trip. We are not a tour organiser and do not sell package travel.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request. It names the operator and states what is included, how long the quote is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares, permits for limited-traffic zones (ZTL) or coach areas and any other charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes, cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Italian law gives no distance-contract right of withdrawal for contracts for passenger transport services (art. 47(1)(m) of the Consumer Code). The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

Your part

Give accurate addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long days and multi-day trips.

Responsibility for the trip

The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging your booking with due care. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the Consumer Code and other mandatory rules give you.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email coachandminibusitaly@pm.me first, so we can put it right. If a complaint is not resolved, we will tell you in writing which alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body is competent and whether we will use it; our position is also set out in the legal notice. You can always go to the courts.

Changes to these terms and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live, and disputes go to the court of the place where you live or have chosen as your domicile (art. 33(2)(u) of the Consumer Code).
