Salone del Mobile with a Minibus and Driver
The 65th Salone del Mobile.Milano fills Fiera Milano in Rho from 13 to 18 April 2027, alongside Euroluce and the other shows of the fair. For a studio team, a group of architecture students or friends who love design, a minibus keeps the day simple.
Trade days and public days
The Salone is a trade fair. Anyone may visit at the weekend, on Saturday 17 or Sunday 18 April, and students are also admitted from Friday 16. Visitors are welcome from 09:30 to 18:30, and children under 10 cannot enter on the trade days, so families with young children should aim for the weekend.
Inside, the grounds are vast. While the fair is on, the Circolare Fiera shuttle runs between every entrance gate, which saves tired feet at the end of the day.
Getting there
The fair lies north-west of Milan, about 15 km from the Duomo, half an hour or so by road. By road, the A4 has two exits for the fair, Pero-fieramilano and fieramilano, and the A50 ring road to the west leads there too. Some 10,000 parking spaces ring the site, the biggest car park being by Porta Ovest, the West Gate, with room for buses as well. No drop-off rules are published, so the operator confirms which gate you will be set down at.
If your hotel is in central Milan, remember that the city's Area C allows only Euro VI buses, on weekdays between 07:30 and 19:30. The operator checks the vehicle's eligibility before your trip.

When the metro is simpler
The red M1 line ends at Rho Fieramilano, right at the fair, and suburban trains S5, S6 and S11 also call at the Rho-Fiera station. For one person staying near the M1, the metro is fine; for six colleagues with samples and catalogues, a minibus is kinder.

How far is Rho from the airports?
Linate is about 32 km, roughly 45 minutes; Malpensa about 43 km, some 50 minutes; Bergamo about 56 km, close to an hour.
Can our minibus collect us each evening?
Yes. Agree the gate and a time with the driver in the morning, and keep a phone handy in case the plan changes.
Can I visit if I do not work in design?
Yes, on the public days, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April 2027. On the other days the fair is open to trade visitors.
